Is CBD Legal?Yes. Our CBD products are legal. Cannibidoil products that contain a maximum of 0.03% THC meet the standard, and are not considered a controlled substance. CBD is now obtainable in most parts of the United States. All 50 states have laws legalizing CBD with varying degrees of restriction, and while the federal government still considers CBD in the same class as cannabis, it doesn’t enforce against it.

Can I fail a drug test?Potentially. There are many variables to consider, and it depends on your body's sensitivity to the product. With CBD being derived from the hemp plant, and hemp being in the cannabis family, there is a small risk that you can potentially fail a drug test.

What is the difference between full spectrum CBD, broad spectrum CBD and CBD Isolates?"Full Spectrum CBD oil is when it is combined with cannabidoils, terpenes, essential oils and small traces of THC. ​ CBD Isolate is pure CBD. It contains 99% CBD because it is extracted from Hemp with little to no THC. ​ Broad Spectrum is a mix of Full Spectrum and CBD Isolates.

What is Lakeside Releaf's return policy?Yes, Lakeside Releaf does honor returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Additionally, item's seal must not show signs of tampering. Also, products will be weighed for safe measure. Items can be returned to P.O. Box 6061, Hammond, Indiana 46325.
